How to set up Email in Outlook 2003 (POP)

Step 1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2003 from the start menu. Firstly click ‘Tools, and then click ‘Email Accounts’

Step 2. Select ‘Add a new Email account’ as shown below and then click the ‘Next button

Step 3. Select ‘POP3’ and then click ‘Next’.

Step 4. Enter the Following Information as required

Step 5. Click on ‘More Settings’ button

Step 6. Check the options and select the ‘Outgoing Server’ tab. Then check the tick box beside ‘My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and ‘Use same settings as my incoming mail server’.

Step 7. Now click ‘OK’

Step 8. Click ‘Test Account Settings to confirm your account is configured correctly.

Step 9. Once the test account settings check has finished, click ‘Close’.

Step 10. Click the ‘Next button, then click ‘Finish’
