QR Codes are cropping up everywhere and the number of people who use them is growing all the time. That’s why they are such an effective way of reaching out to potential customers.
Whether they are on your stationery or your van, in your shop window or on posters, they can drive people to numerous on-line destinations such as your website or Facebook page.
At QR Webtech we produce an abundance of QR code solutions. This ranges from integrating them into your current marketing literature to supplying external grade stickers…we’ll even produce sequential sets that point to multiple URLs. Here are some details of previous projects we’ve been involved with…
QR Code Stickers for vans – A great way of pointing potential customers to your website or trade association page. These can include your logo or for instance, Checkatrade or Trustatrader and other review sites that you’re a member of.
Shop Windows stickers – Printed on white vinyl, these can hold a QR Code that points to any web page such as Sale offers, Menus, what’s on or even Facebook
Sequential QR Codes – We have produced QR Codes for National companies that want multiple QR Codes that all point to different URLs. This has included projects for tracking recycling bins, directing customers to personal login pages and stickers for identifying tools and parts.
FAQs – Frequently Asked Questions about QR Codes.
How do they work?
Basically, they are a 3D bar code. Just like in the supermarket, when the cashier scans the bar code on a tin of beans…a QR code functions the same way. However, a QR Code can hold more information and will recognise a URL (web address) and automatically open the page. And of course they work with mobile phones!
Can any phone scan a QR Code?
If it’s a smart phone or Android then yes. Nowadays almost all new phones have the capability to scan QR codes. There are numerous free apps available such as QR Droid and en-i-gma which are easily downloaded.
How much do they cost to produce?
If you want us to add a QR code to the printing you’ve commissioned us to produce then there’s no additional charge. QR Code stickers for vans and shop windows can be bought on-line here or just ask us to quote a price.
Are there any additional licensing costs?
Nope. Once you have a QR Code made it will keep on working for you without further charges.
